2024 Christmas Trees
It is time to reserve your CHRISTMAS TREE and WREATH! Once again, the Cheverly Community Market is sourcing from Mayne's Tree Farm to bring Maryland-grown trees and wreaths to your home for the holidays. Please review information about the tree types and sizes, ordering process, and pick up information.
Important Dates

Trees must be pre-ordered by noon on November 20th.

We will have very few extra trees on hand and encourage everyone to pre-order their tree.

Mark your calendars for November 30th to pick up your tree.

Tree Options

We are selling two types of trees, Douglas and Fraser Fir, in the following sizes: 5-6 feet; 6-7 feet; and 7-8 feet.

If you are looking for a 7-foot tree, we highly recommend ordering in the 7-8 ft range to avoid getting a tree that falls closer to 6 ft.

Remember, these trees come from a small tree farm, not a commercial farm that pumps out cookie-cutter trees. The trees are plush and beautiful but change from season to season.

Pricing
Please note that the pricing has increased this year due to updated pricing from the farm.

Wreaths are $29.

Tree ordering process
Ordering ends Wednesday, November 20th at noon. Please note that it is a hard deadline. We must submit our order to the farm on a tight deadline. We want to make your holiday dreams come true, but we cannot accept late orders.
There are 2 options for placing your Tree and Wreath order:

The fine print

If you wish to pay by check or cash, you must place your order at the market. Please come by the CCM welcome table to place your order.

We are happy to answer questions via email and social media, but please note that we will not be accepting orders through email, text, social media, or phone calls.

To complete your order, you must receive an email confirmation.

Tree Pick Up

Trees and wreaths will be available for pick up Saturday, November 30th from 7:30-10:30am at the Cheverly Community Center parking lot.

Please bring your email confirmation to pick up your tree and/or wreath.

We may have a few extra trees, but pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee we will have a tree for you.

Fraser Fir
FRASER Features short, soft, dark-green needles with silver undersides revealed by upturning branches that are capable of carrying heavy ornaments. Its lovely fragrance makes it one of the most popular Christmas trees.

Douglas Fir
DOUGLAS Features soft gray-green to blue-green needles, which carry a very pleasant citrus/lemon-orange aroma when cut or crushed. The Douglas fir needles radiate in all directions from the branch and are slightly longer than the Fraser needles.
